Got a robocall saying HMRC were suing me and to hit 1 to talk to a caseworker about paying up. I went ahead and pressed 1, but the person on the other end never gave their name (immediate warning sign) and right off the bat wanted my bank details. They claimed there was some probe going on with my accounts and asked how much money I had in my bank. When I tried to ask questions back, they just said "You’re asking too many questions" and then cut me off. I’ve reported the number on GOV.UK already. Watch out, folks.
