Just like another user here, I got a call from 07512805803 telling me I’d been near someone infectious and that I needed to order a test kit. They sent a link too, but it wasn’t from the official NHS Covid app or anything mentioning the NHS, so I didn’t bother clicking it. Since my NHS Covid app hasn’t flagged anything at all, this seems pretty dodgy to me. Definitely feels like a scam or something unsafe.

Got a call saying I’d been near someone with an infection, and they sent a link for a test. Thing is, they never said they were from the NHS or anything official, and all the info was just that link with no other details. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
