This morning I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Internet. The woman, calling herself Alice, said my internet was hacked and she was there to fix it. Once I started asking questions and wouldn't play along, she clearly got rattled and stopped following her spiel. These scammers really don’t care about you, they’re just after whatever details they can grab to use later, whether or not they succeed right away. Just a heads up to everyone - keep your guard up!
