This is definitely a ripoff! I picked up and it was just some pre-recorded spiel about renewing Amazon Prime, saying they'd take £79.99 from my account. It told me to press one if I wanted to dispute it or something. First time I ignored it, but I pressed one the second time. Then I got another message saying I'd be put through to someone who would ask me more questions. Don’t give them any info - Amazon won’t ring you unless you’ve asked their support to call you back!
