Got a call from someone saying he's with 'UK Choice' and swearing he's not trying to sell me anything. Honestly, these kinds of scams appear so often now - it’s baffling why they think that kind of intro makes them seem legit. He said I was due a ‘substantial amount’ from a PPI claim. Told him straight up I never even had PPI and trying to chase a claim like that would be fraud on his part. He quickly ended the call after that.

Got a call from some scammer saying I’m due £4,000+ from PPI. They then put me through to a "life insurance" firm, but told me not to mention the earlier call if they asked about it. They told me to say no if asked about any PPI calls, deny any medical history, and claim I’m 5ft 3 and weigh 9 stone. Apparently, if you do all this, the money lands in your account within 3 months. I gave them false info just to see what happens and keep everyone updated about these scams.
