Got a call from some PPI scam folks who somehow got hold of my info. Then they tried to push life insurance on me, really dodgy stuff.

I got a call from this number (07512166145) claiming my PPI claim from September 2017 was successful and I was owed over £385. When I asked what it was about, the bloke said it was from a loan I supposedly took out with Lloyds TSB back in 2000. Considering I've banked elsewhere for nearly 50 years, I told the guy (who had a different accent) to do me a favour. When he asked what, I just said “f##k off” and ended the call. This number is now blocked on my phone.

absolute scam! said it was about some ppi claim ive never done. as soon as they wanted my details i told them to email me everything and they just cut the call!

I answered and the person just shouted ‘buzz off’ really loudly before hanging up right away!

I answered the call and right away the person on the other end just yelled “sod off” and then cut the call. Quite rude!
