It sounded fishy, so I ended the call and rang 3 directly. Turns out it was a scam, definitely don’t give out your details!

Got a call from some call centre in India saying they were from Three. They told me they'd send a text from Three to prove it was legit, so I waited. They promised a discount on my phone contract and a cheaper upgrade which sounded good. But then they started asking for my bank details to set up direct debit, which seemed fishy to me.
