Someone rang my home phone claiming to be from Virgin Media asking about my internet connection. Right away we thought it seemed dodgy, so we pretended we couldn't catch what they said and asked them to say it again. After asking three times, the call just got dropped. Clearly, Virgin Media don’t care much about customer service. Instant block from me!

As soon as the automated voice kicked in, I hung up straight away. The way it sounded, I figured it was gonna be one of those calls about some issue with my taxes, bank, or fraud alert. Honestly, I just want to speak to an actual person - I’ve got a perfect reply all set!
