6 yearsGot a call about replacement boilers and loft insulation, the person asked if I owned the place and said they'd look up my postcode to see if any council grants were available. But they came back pretty sharpish saying no grants were on offer and that they couldn't assist me. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted to double-check who owned the house and get the postcode nailed down so I’d end up getting more scam calls.
