I've had a couple calls like this now - they claim they're contacting me about tax refunds, saying I submitted a request online. They somehow get my email right, but there's no way I ever did that. I've told them to stop calling me, but honestly, it's safer to just block the number entirely!

I got two calls from them and just ended up hanging up both times without saying a word.

He said he was calling to help me get a tax refund. Surprisingly, he knew my exact email address. When I asked how I supposedly applied for it, he told me it must have been via Facebook or Instagram. Honestly, that's not where I'd expect to sort out tax stuff at all!
