This has got to be a scam. I don’t even have an HSBC account, but I got a call saying someone was added as a payee to my account there. Definitely a dodgy trick trying to scare people. Watch out!

Got a call saying a new payee was added to my HSBC account. They told me to click a link if I didn’t set it up. Smelled like a scam to me.
