Seems like a dodgy site trying to steal login info. If you swap the dashes (-) for dots (.) in their URL, it’s clear their site wasn’t set up right before sending out all those texts. Plus, calling the number just gets you the usual 02 voicemail, which I don't think the NHS would use nowadays.
