Got a text on my phone from that number saying something like 'My3: We couldn’t process your recent bill. To stop your service being cut off, please update your billing info on your My3 account here' - then there was a link but I won’t share it here for safety reasons. It was asking for full personal info, including my address, bank details, and national insurance number. Definitely don’t give out anything like that, it sounds dodgy.

Got a message from this number telling me my Three bill hadn’t gone through and I had to update my payment details or else my phone would get cut off. The link led me to a website that looked almost exactly like Three’s official page. At first, they just asked for usual info like my name and address, but then they started asking for my National Insurance number and date of birth too, which seemed really dodgy.

I got the exact same message as the others here and decided to look the number up. The website the link sent me to seemed pretty legit at first, but it didn’t really work properly which made me think it was dodgy.

Got a text this morning at 8.39 from Lancashire saying my bill couldn’t be processed and telling me to click a link. Weird thing is, my payment isn’t due until the 7th of January, so it seemed fishy. I didn’t bother clicking the link. I searched the number online and saw some comments here saying it’s probably a phishing scam. Going to block the number now.

Got a call from an 02 number saying my 3 network bill wasn’t paid and I’d be cut off soon, with a link and everything. Sounded pretty official but I reckon it’s just a scam. I tried calling back and got straight to O2 voicemail. Plus, this number costs money to call. Definitely something fishy going on.
