This is definitely a scam, don’t fall for it! I got a message saying I owe £10 for some fine I never knew about. It said if I don’t pay by 19th September 2024, there’d be "further action" taken against me. They included a link to pay which looked dodgy: https://rb.gy/p06y0x?AEf=RjKiLhVSUo. The message was supposedly from GOV UK but seemed fake. Stay clear and don’t click anything.
