Got a text saying something like “PayPal: We noticed a dodgy transaction on your account. If it wasn’t you, please check here: https://ID8938889-paypal.com to unblock.” Thing is, I don’t even have a PayPal account. So yeah, don’t even think about clicking that link, it’s definitely a scam.

Got a text saying there were suspicious charges on my Paypal and i needed to click a link to sort it out. I checked my actual Paypal and nothing was wrong so I figured it was a phishing scam. Best to not click on anything like that.

My wife doesn’t even have a PayPal account but suddenly got a message about PayPal from this number. Bit odd, really.
