Just got a text from +447508785916 saying they were Vodafone. It said they couldn’t take payment for my recent bill and included a link to update my payment details. I’m not even a Vodafone customer, so I reckon it’s a scam. Be careful out there!

I've gotten calls from 07508 785 916 a couple of times now. First, I got a message saying it was from Lloyds Bank, then another one claiming to be from HSBC, warning me about a new payee being added. They told me to click a link if I didn’t know anything about it. Yeah, no chance!

I didn’t get a call but this number sent me a message pretending to be from a bank. They included a link in the text. Seriously, don’t tap on it - it’s probably a scam trying to nab your personal info.
