Got a call from an automated voice (already off to a bad start) speaking with a strong American accent (strike two!) claiming to be from "Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs" (really, strike three). The message said some letter was returned and threatened legal action unless I pressed 1 to talk to someone. Honestly, HM Revenue & Customs (like they’ve been for ages now) wouldn’t handle things like this at all. Total scam.
