When I picked up the phone, there was this automated message speaking Chinese. I couldn't understand a word, but it definitely felt like some kind of scam.

My mum got a proper shock when someone she didn't know called and actually knew her name, then started saying really weird stuff to her. It was dead creepy!

Got a text around 4am from 07508 062 836 telling me to update my billing details through a link in the message. Something felt off straight away so I just ignored it. Seems like a dodgy scam, maybe someone who’s hacked into EE’s customer info. Definitely not falling for that one!

Just got a message that claimed to be from EE saying my billing info needed updating 'cos they couldn't process my payment. The link they sent looked super dodgy to me. I'm not touching it until EE actually cuts my service off, then I'll see what’s what lol.
