Got a call from a bloke claiming to be from BT Openreach on this mobile number. He had a thick Indian accent and said there were BT engineers nearby who spotted a problem with my router setup. Thing is, when I switched to BT Fast Broadband, they installed and tested my router properly, so this definitely seemed dodgy. I told him I wasn’t buying it and he just hung up on me. I’ve reported the number to BT and blocked it. Stay sharp everyone, don’t fall for these tricks!
