Yesterday evening around 6pm, I got a Class 0 Message that popped up right over what I was doing. The text said: "HSBC: New payee added to your account MRS K ADAMS. If this wasn’t authorised by you, please use our secure link to cancel: hsbc.list-payments[###]" Then today at half past midday, I received another message from the number 07507 886802.

Got a text off this number asking if I’d set up a payee called Mrs K Adams with my HSBC account. The thing is, I don’t even have an HSBC account! Quite weird really.
