This looks like a total scam to me. The msg says: "HSBC Security Notification: There’s a payment for £456.57 going to a Nationwide acct ending 4367 that’s on hold until you approve it. Reply Y if you made this. If not, ring 442080891095 straight away." It’s definitely dodgy and I wouldn’t trust it.
