I got a call from a bloke with a Pakistani or Indian accent claiming to be from Amazon. He told me that £79.99 had been taken from my Amazon Prime account and offered to help me get a refund. As he started asking for my personal info, I wanted to know his name and what department he worked in. He just kept saying "UK, sir, UK" without giving any proper details. When I pressed him again for more info, he just repeated that he’d guide me through the refund. As soon as I asked him for his name, he suddenly hung up.
