Had a chat with some bloke from India this morning about a loan I supposedly applied for. Immediately blocked the number. Guess what? It rang me back! Picked up and told him I’d already spoken to him. He asked if I was ringing to cancel the loan, but I told him it’s a scam and to stop calling. Said goodbye and blocked him once more. Fingers crossed he doesn’t bother me again.

Got a call from someone who sounded like he was from India telling me I owed money and that some company had given my details to them to assist me. When I asked which company, he said "Debt Protection" and claimed it was a government agency. When I pressed him on who I supposedly owed, he just ended the call. Really hope no one who genuinely needs support falls for this.

One call claimed to be from citizens advice, the next one mentioned a loan supposedly taken out with my name, and then another said someone had hacked my account. They kept pushing me to give my bank details and memorable info for my banking app. Total scam. Best to just ignore them.

Someone called claiming to be from citizen advice debt help, but I told them I was tied up, hung up and blocked the number.
