We got a call from a woman sounding like an automated message saying our card had been charged twice - once £99 for Amazon and another for £999, something that sounded like Zoom. She said we'd never done business with them before and told us to press 1 to confirm or 2 to report it. They never mentioned which bank they were from. We didn’t press any buttons to accept or report. We’re going to block the number and figure out how to report it to the proper people. Looks like lots of calls have come from the 075069 start, but the last digits change each time.
