I got a call from a woman who said her name was Michelle, but something felt off. My spam blocker flagged the number as potential spam and I could hear loads of noise in the background like she was in some big call centre. I don’t know any Michelle and if she was legit she would’ve told me which company she was representing or given me more info. It just didn’t add up.

Got a call from a lady asking if I was Mr Hornigold. She seemed quite polite, but that ain't who I am.

Got a call from a lady with a strong Southern accent, said she was from Heathecote Energy and knew my surname. She mentioned we’d done an energy survey back in April, which is definitely not true. I just ended the call.
