Got a call from a chap called James with a heavy Indian accent 😄 kept quizzing me bout my group age, and I just kept saying no every time. Then he asked how old I was, and I refused to say. He just hung up on me. Reckon they try to get you to say YES somehow and then use your voice for god knows what security stuff. Total SCAM.

For half a year now, I've been getting calls in the dead of night from numbers starting with 07506. This one is the newest I've seen. When I answer, it's dead silent, and it even leaves blank voicemail messages.

Got a call today and weirdly the person wanted to know if I was my ex (we never lived together or anything). I said they must have dialled the wrong number, but then the caller laughed and kept asking who I was. I didn’t say my name, and then he started getting rude. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Got a cold call about PPI from Slater & Gordon Claims. The guy couldn’t even get basic English right. I just blocked the number. They send the usual emails and texts, then call again. Best to steer clear - if you slip up and share info, they might drain your bank account. It’s annoying and risky. Never trust cold callers pretending to be from other companies.

Got a call from an Asian guy who said he was Albert and claimed to be from citizens advice, I just ended the call.

He claimed to be from some credit checking agency, and when I asked how he got my info, he rambled about it being from the government or something. Sounded like he was overseas and just kept trying to talk over me. Ended up hanging up - wasn’t in the mood for a fight!
