We're utterly baffled as to the identity of this company. Can anyone lend a hand? We received a rather peculiar message on our voicemail, featuring some chuckling and chattering in the background. We'd love to pin down who these folks are so we can steer clear of them in the future. (I found the number by calling 1471.)

One individual, who struggled quite a bit with English, mentioned something about an HD box before dissolving into laughter and hanging up. It's rather concerning, and we really want to find out who this lot is, so we can steer clear of them in the future. Just to add, I obtained the number by using 1471. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
