I got a call from someone claiming to be from Aviva, saying they needed my bank info to "upgrade" my life insurance plan - which I don’t even have. Then they emailed me some forms to fill out, which felt odd. The strange bit was they already knew my full name. Also, I’ve heard legit companies wouldn’t ask for your bank details over the internet like that.
