I got a text supposedly from 'hsbc' saying that someone had added a new payee using a device they said was unfamiliar. The message included a link to either approve or reject the action. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

I got a message that claimed to be from hsbc saying someone tried to add me as a payee from an unknown device. It told me to either approve or deny it through some weird link i#Jhsbc.payees-approval[###)/secure/. But the thing is, I don’t even have an hsbc account! Definitely looks dodgy to me.
