Got a call claiming to be from HMRC. They told me to press 1, but I ignored it - turns out it’s a scam trying to rip you off. Watch out!

I got a recorded message saying HMRC have tried to send me a letter that didn’t go through and now they’re threatening legal action. They told me to press 1 to talk to someone. I didn’t press anything since I haven’t done anything wrong and reckon it’s a scam. Definitely best to avoid pressing 1 - probably a dodgy line. Plus, it’s a Vodafone number, so I’m just ignoring it and hoping for the best.
