Got a call from an Asian woman who said she was 'Alice' from BT's tech team, claiming there was an issue with my internet. I was suspicious straight away and told her I wasn’t buying it and that I’d report her to the police if she kept going. I hung up, blocked the number, and then let BT know about it.
