I couldn't agree more with what others have said! It appears these individuals successfully persuaded my partner to enter into a new mobile phone contract by falsely claiming they were affiliated with O2. They were all set to set up a direct debit but insisted on acquiring sensitive information, including the security number printed on the back of the card. I promptly got in touch with them, lodged a complaint, and instructed them to erase all details pertaining to us from their systems. Then, just this afternoon, they rang our mobile and tried to pull the same stunt again!
