got a ring from some bloke with a strong foreign accent sayin he was from citizens advice and was asking about some debts i supposedly owed. i said i don’t owe anything, then he just ended the call no goodbye or nothing. definitely a con, plus i reckon if citizens advice wanted to contact me, it’d be on a proper company number and not some random mobile.

Got a call from someone using my maiden name, and when I didn’t give them my married name, they kept pushing. The bloke said he was with Citizens Advice and could clear my debts. I told him CAB don’t call like that and that I don’t owe anything. Then he just ended the call.
