This number keeps ringing me, urging me to call them regarding some "accident" that I’ve never experienced. It’s rather bothersome!

I find myself in complete agreement with what’s been said. It appears this situation stems from an actual mishap, but it smacks of a scam nonetheless. We have our suspicions that the recovery service might have colluded with a claims agency to take advantage of the situation.
