Got a call saying they were Royal Mail about a missed parcel and needed me to pay £1.99 by clicking a link for them to deliver again. Usually, they just leave a card in the letterbox, so this felt off. Royal Mail doesn't normally ask for money to re-deliver unless it's something serious. Definitely looks like a rip-off to me.

Got a text from 07501035622 claiming to be “Royal Mail” - total scam! It said something about a “Failed Delivery” and wanted me to pay £1.99 to sort out another delivery attempt. The link looked real clever, almost like it was from the official Royal Mail website but was dodgy. The message went something like: "RoyalMail: We attempted to deliver your parcel on 30.03.2021. Please click here: [#]royalmail or similar to pay £1.99 for redelivery." Watch out, it’s definitely a clever ploy to get your cash!

Got a message from someone saying they were Royal Mail, saying I owe £1.99 for a parcel they supposedly tried to deliver yesterday. The link they sent looked pretty real, but wanted my card info, so I didn’t trust it. Seems like a scam to me.
