Hello there! I received a rather perplexing message on the 12th of September, 2024, claiming that I owe some sort of PARKING PETROLEUM. However, it didn’t bother to mention how much the fine actually was or even which council I was dealing with! It's only fair to conclude that this must be some sort of SCAM, wouldn’t you agree?
