I had a similar experience, albeit with a different number. Prime Carers seems to be a scam. I've gone ahead and reported them, as they are clearly conning people out of their cash. It's best not to engage; simply block the number.

I received a message from this number stating they urgently need a childminder for a Saturday engagement, offering over £20 an hour. The only reason they reached out was because I didn’t pick up their call - as an au pair using a temporary number, I tend not to answer calls from unknown numbers since it’s evident I wouldn’t recognise the caller. What puzzles me is how they managed to get hold of my name in the first place. The text was sent by someone named “Nicole” from “Prime Carers.” Oddly enough, I got yet another message from what seems to be the same dubious company but signed off by a different name and sent from a different number. It all seems rather fishy to me.
