I had an unsettling experience with this number earlier today. The individual on the line claimed to represent the Energy Care Department. I made it quite clear that I wasn't interested in what they were offering, and to my shock, he resorted to foul language. I responded firmly, stating that I would not stand for such disrespectful behaviour during a phone call. Unfortunately, his reply was yet another round of swearing. At that point, I informed him that I would be reporting his conduct and terminated the call. Almost instantly, the same number rang again. I explained that I had just spoken to someone from the same outfit, whose attitude was rather aggressive. When I inquired about this caller's name, he introduced himself as Daniel and mentioned that the company was Greentek based in Kent.
