I received a rather intrusive phone call from a chap representing the Energy Care Department, specifically in their utilities sector, who was inquiring after a Mr. Norris. Upon informing him that there was no one by that name residing here and requesting that they cease their calls, his tone shifted abruptly to one of aggression. He proceeded to push the idea of solar energy, but when I expressed disinterest, his demeanour turned quite unpleasant, and he hung up on me. I've since made it clear to the company that I intend to escalate this matter to the authorities.
