For assistance, ring 01908260255, and it will cost you 75p per message. The thing is, I've never signed up for any adult messaging services, so I'm a bit baffled by this. I've also noticed that I've been getting calls from others searching for someone named Damon. Could it be that someone has mistakenly got hold of our number? By the way, I'm on a contract with T-Mobile.

Just received a rather questionable text indicating that I should refresh my details, apparently urging me to message 69169 if I wish to engage with two adult services, or alternatively, to shoot a text saying ‘quit’ to the same number for cancelling all promotional messages. The assistance offered is from 01908260255, and they mention a cost of 75p per message. I'm perplexed, as I keep receiving these adult-themed messages on my mobile, as per the example above, yet I've never enrolled in any such service. Is there anyone out there who might recognise this sender and can offer guidance on how to opt-out? I'd prefer not to contribute to their revenue in any capacity! Any help would be greatly valued!

I received a rather puzzling text message stating, "FREEMSG: We're updating my records..." and it mentions opting in for adult SMS by replying to 69169, or, if you wish to cancel all promotions, simply text "quit" to the same number. It also provides a helpline which seems a tad dodgy-01908260255 at a cost of 75p for the message! Here's the thing: I've never signed up for these adult messages, yet they've been bombarding my phone. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? I’m keen to know how to stop these pesky messages without them profiting from my misfortune. Any tips would be greatly valued!

We've received three text messages from this number as well. They come in as "service messages" and immediately upon opening, one is greeted with a notification about Cheeky Cell Portal. Unfortunately, it appears you can't simply reply with "stop" to opt out. There's a link included which we've chosen not to click on, just to be safe!
