On the 28th of September 2023, I got a call on my landline from this number. The lady said she was calling from 'Expert' about PPI - Payment Protection Insurance. She made it sound like I’d put in a claim or something. I told her straight up that I never applied for PPI. After that, she said she'd take my name off their list and then just ended the call.

She provided a reference number-z82135-and a claim ID, CBC6298, asserting that I was entitled to £2,205 due to a mis-sold credit card. Now, I'm just sitting tight, anticipating her follow-up call.
