I never picked up, but right after the call ended I got a voicemail saying: “There’s been two charges on your card today. One’s for £199 from Amazon, the other’s for £899 from Zoom. We think these might be unauthorised. If you didn’t make these payments, press one to report it or press two to talk to security. Thank you.” It felt off - no mention of which bank it was, and the way they spoke was quite dodgy. I’ve checked all my cards and bank accounts and there’s nothing unusual at all.
