I had something like this happen too - got a couple of calls supposedly from Ladbrokes, with someone saying their IT Director wanted to speak, first saying it was for our CEO, then for our MD, and they even named people. I rang Ladbrokes back to check and they told me there’s no one by that name working there.

Today, the same number called our office and it was all a complete scam! Totally fake!!

I got a call from someone called Graham Thomas claiming he worked for JCB. He asked if my MD could ring up their Director, James Sullivan, today on 075000 80989 to chat about a project.
