Got a call claiming to be from Sky.com, offering to 'improve' and speed up my router. Obviously a total scam since a) I’m not a Sky customer, b) my broadband is full fibre and already blazing fast, c) they insisted I download TeamViewer QuickSupport on my Android phone. I played along, keeping them on the line for nearly 20 minutes. When they twigged I was messing about, they turned really nasty and started making threats. Felt good to waste about half an hour of their time though! :)
