I rang up Tesco (O2) to double check and turns out it's definitely a scam. Best not to reply.

Got a message claiming to be from o2 saying they still haven’t got my latest payment. Thing is, I’m on pay-as-you-go so I don’t even have a bill with them! Bit sketchy if you ask me.
