Got a dodgy text claiming to be from Nationwide saying some new payee had been set up and a direct debit for £645.75 was due to come out at midnight. It said if I didn’t make it, ring 0330 133 5961 with ref NE279. Didn't sound right so I’ve already reported it to Nationwide and also logged it with the NCSC.gov.uk under 7726. Stay careful out there!
