Got a call from Visa about some train tickets supposedly bought on my card. When they asked for my name, I told them they should already have it since they were the ones ringing me. Then I said, "Nick Stapleton, this call’s being recorded to catch scammers," and they just hung up on me.

Got a call about getting old train tickets, told me to press 2 to speak with someone. There was loads of noise in the background but no one ever picked up, then the call just dropped. I was ready to have a bit of fun and give them some lip, but couldn’t even get a word in. Proper frustrating when they just leave you hanging like that!
