I had quite the unpleasant experience with a very abrasive lady who didn't seem to speak much English. She was yelling on the phone, insisting that I provide her with a quote for some work on her property. It was as if she had taken charge of the conversation entirely, dictating when the job should commence and how long it ought to take. To top it off, she was only interested in speaking to the person who would actually be carrying out the work, completely disregarding my attempts to assist her. What a farcical situation!
