I got an sms from this number saying that local council had approved winter heating grants. There wasn't any company name or person mentioned, but they asked me to click a link to provide details. The link was only valid for a short time which seemed pretty suspicious to me. Honestly, I think this is probably a SCAM with all these warning signs.
