I got a text from this number and it's obviously a scam: Parking Fine Warning: Apparently, you have to pay a parking fine supposedly sent by a local council. They say if you don’t settle the fine within 28 days, you’ll get a ‘charge certificate’ and then have 14 days to pay the original fine plus an extra 50%. If you still ignore it, they claim you could be taken to court and face a higher fine and legal fees. They want you to click a link to pay after reading their 'info'. Totally dodgy!
